How do I make a reservation?

• Click on "Apartments" on the homepage of our site.
• Choose the apartment you prefer by clicking availability or more info... and you will see the availability, , prices, description...

Once you have chosen an apartment, click on booking and fill in the booking form, you can send it by e-mail or fax.

As soon as we will receive your booking form, we will charge your credit card the 50%, in order to reserve the asked apartment and in 24 hours the confirmation and all the details will be send.

*There will be no definitive booking until we have charge the aforementioned amount.
*Please give all the information asked for, in order to allow us to make your reservation as soon as possible.

Where or to whom will I have to pay the rent?

You will have to pay the rest 50% of the rent + 50 euros for cleaning costs and 150 as a deposit fee, IN CASH to our welcomer, in the arrival at the apartment. How to meet our welcomer will be explained in the confirmation.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

For the prepayment (50%) we accept credit card (Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard,). The outstanding balance the deposit fee and the cleaning fee, has to be paid directly in the apartment, only in CASH.

When will I receive the booking confirmation?

Usually it takes less than 24 hours for us to confirm the reservation to our guests, after receiving the booking form, providing that it has been filled in properly, and the credit card details are correct, so we can charge the 50% and reserve the apartment.
* Please note: we cannot confirm your reservation unless we receive all the information asked for on the reservation form. Bookings made over the weekend will be answered on Monday. If we receive several reservations for the same accommodation and for the same dates, we can only confirm the first reservation submitted, abiding by our first-come, first-serve basis. Please note: We update our listings every time we confirm a reservation.

When will I know the exact address of the apartment?

You will receive all this information in the confirmation.

Where and when will I receive the keys?

One of our welcomers, will be waiting for you in the apartment to make the check-in, answer your questions and give you the keys.

When is the best time to visit Barcelona?

It depends on your desires: If you prefer to enjoy your holiday by the sea, the summer months, and April, May, June and September, are the best time for your trip, if not, maybe is better to elude July and August because of the clima and the quantity of people visiting the city. We are sure however that indifferent of what season you visit Barcelona in, you will find it a memorable city and even during winter months the weather will not be too cold.

What will I have to bring along?

All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with sheets and blankets. So all you need to bring along are your personal belongings.Remenber that we do not provide towels in our apartments.

What is the "deposit"? How I can check the amount I have to pay as a deposit?

The deposit is the guarantee that no damage will be done to the accommodation during your stay. At check-in you will have to pay the deposit to the welcomer. If everything is ok on your check-out, the total amount of the deposit fee will be given back to you.

How can I cancel my reservation?

All cancellations must be made by e-mail or fax. Please note that our conditions for cancellation depend on how much advance notice you give for the cancellation. For further information, please consult our terms and conditions, sended to you in the confirmation.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my accommodation reservation?

Usually, our conditions for the cancellation of an accommodation depend on the date the client cancels his/her reservation. Please, check the terms of cancellation of a reservation in our terms and conditions in the confirmation we send you.

How far in advance should I book an accommodation?

Our accommodation is very much in demand, especially from March to October. Therefore we would always advise that you book as soon as you decide on which one of our apartments you would like to acomodate, to make sure you get the one you want. Please note: We confirm the reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Is it safe to fill in the form with my credit card details?

We take every precaution to protect your information, especially sensitive information such as your credit card number. On our site sensitive information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry, however we give you the possibility of sending us your credit card details by fax.
We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our offices. Furthermore, our employees are kept up-to-date on our security and Privacy Practices. All your credit card details will disappear automatically from our data base after 48 hours after your depart.
